When will I get my order?
After an order has been placed, we will ship your item(s) within 8 - 17 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location. Please help us check our shipping policy
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox again if you do not see any email in your inbox.
If you checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the Return & Refunds policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Furtheremore, please help us check our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you guys offer customisation services for your products?
Yes, we do. Please send your requests to our support team .
Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email and contact us, we will get back to you ASAP.
How do i use my discount code?
In the event that the discount code hasn't already been applied automatically to your order, there should be a "Discount code" box showing up during check-out for you to manually type the code in.
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
Discount codes don't stack. If you already use the 10% discount, you will not be able to use another coupon at the same time. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
